LOWER PRIMARY — GRADE 1–3
Building Core Skills for Life
Literacy, Numeracy, Creative Arts and Environmental Activities in CBC Grades 1–3
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Growing Confident, Capable Learners
Our Lower Primary programme (Grades 1–3) builds on the foundation of Early Years and introduces learners to a broader set of subjects aligned with the Kenya CBC framework. Children aged 6–9 develop essential reading, writing, and mathematical skills in a structured yet engaging learning environment.
Our teachers use a learner-centred approach — incorporating activities, group work, and digital tools — to ensure that every child keeps pace and develops a genuine love of learning. Class sizes are kept manageable to allow for individual attention and support.
At this stage, we also begin nurturing character values, social skills, and environmental awareness that will serve learners throughout their school life.
